Anand currently serves as the MD and Global CEO of EPL Limited, having worked for Diageo India, Mondelez International, and Unilever in the past. Anand's approach has been built around sharp prioritization, growing businesses and brands through innovation, transforming sales and driving significant productivity – all while putting people first by building an organization with the right structure, talent and culture. Anand is based in Mumbai, India.

Until recently, Carma was the principal of United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA). A career British diplomat for most of her life, Carma worked in a wide variety of roles across continents, including bilateral politics, trade, and investment, education, culture, and immigration. Throughout her professional life, Carma has affected meaningful change in the government, international education and development sectors of several countries, most recently completing a complex business transformation at the British Council in China. Carma is based in Phuket, Thailand.

Gurveen is a global human capital leader with more than four decades of impact on organization and people transformation. She is passionate about making a difference, focusing on transforming businesses and communities through her deep expertise in creating strategic, impactful people solutions. Most recently, she led the Human Capital function of Reckitt Benckiser as its Chief People Officer. Gurveen is based in Dubai, UAE.

Dr. Andrade is a seasoned international business leader with experience in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Dr. Andrade’s experience has included leadership positions in the real estate industry, government, academia and the consumer-packaged goods industry. He is the CEO of Catapult, a revolutionary Integrated Leadership Development Hub located in Singapore. James is based in Singapore.

Marcelo is a tech industry leader and ICF-certified executive coach. He currently leads the Digital Transformation Practice at ThoughtWorks, a global technology company providing software design and consulting services. Before joining ThoughtWorks, he was the CIO of Fortune 500 companies like Kraft Foods, Mondelez, and Pirelli. Marcelo is based in Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

Rakesh currently serves as the President of the Board of SOS Children’s Villages of India, as a Member of the Senate of SOS Children’s Villages International Austria, and as an Independent Director on the Board of Fairfield Asia as a part of the Dana group. Rakesh's 43 year corporate career has been defined by his extensive work in various campaigns and iniaitives geared towards the betterment of society. Rakesh is based in Gurgaon, India.

Dr. Wyatt is a professor of Strategy and Leadership at the University of Bath in the United Kingdom and also runs their “In-Career” (Executive Development) Programs. Steve's passion is supporting leaders in making their organizations a force for good for society. Stephen is based in Bath, UK.
