LEH Leadership Journeys
The LEH Transformation Journey is an experiential program designed for senior leaders. LEH Journeys take participants on a systematic, immersive tour of personal discovery, self-reflection, and individual development leading to their transformation. We use our LEH Leadership Journey Techniques to help leaders transform and deliver a sustained positive impact on themselves, others, and organizations.
We design and deliver a curated 4-month LEH Leadership Journey to help senior leaders build and nurture a stronger personal core and enhance their physical, mental, and emotional capacity to transform the way they live and lead.

Our Journeys support senior leaders in living a fuller life through strengthening their personal core and capacity, therefore enhancing their impact on business outcomes and the people they lead.
These 4-month journeys involve a deeper assessment of one's current personal state, a coach assisted self–reflection and gap assessment. The highlight of this program is a disruptive, offsite/simulated experience that triggers self-reflection leading to detailed and concrete personal commitments towards changing the way the world experiences these leaders.
This holistic, immersive experience enables new openings and insights, allowing leaders to have a clear direction and a structured personal planning with the help of our Master Facilitators. This experience is followed by three months of Coach-Assisted Engagement to embed and sustain changes.

The journey involves one-of-its-kind, disruptive offsite intervention to connect with key elements of humanity (core and capacity) and reflect on personal transformation with the best global thought leaders.

LEH Executive Coaching
LEH's Coaching approach is uniquely designed to bring out the best in leaders by enhancing personal, relational and strategic leadership muscle in the service of business goals. Our coaching methodology is fact based, personal transformation-oriented, and impact driven. Our coaches are senior business leaders and coaching practitioners who are deeply immersed within LEH's inner leadership approach of Core and Capacity. With a global and diverse team, we support coaching assignments across the world. Our Change Partners have coached and guided over 100 Senior Leaders across the world since our inception.

LEH Team Interventions: We work with new and existing leadership teams, helping them connect at a deeper level, work to the best of their abilities, and inspire and engage others in their organizations. We are working with global, regional and country leadership teams within organizations such as Alfa Sigma Italy, Inchcape Americas, among others.
LEH Cultural Interventions: We work with organizations to design and launch a broader cultural shift based on our foundations of Humanity. We design and facilitate global conferences and leadership team meetings, creating a launchpad for shared leadership which builds awareness and empowers them with tools and practices to lead the change. We have supported organizations like Pernod Ricard India, Universal Robina Corporation Asia Pacific and Mercy Corps Global.
