Leading with Humanity is a skill honed through experience. We host LEH Dialogue Sessions regularly and feature global thought leaders of today to share their views with about leadership. Our sessions are platforms for leaders to share their personal life-journeys and inspire people who have ambition to make a difference.
Mentoring has a pivotal role in ensuring a person's success. We offer our free mentoring program: LEH LEAP, to make quality guidance available to those who need it. We developed a process to match mentees with suitable mentors based on their goals, interests, and area of expertise, which helps create effective mentor mentees relationships. We also have frequent check-ins with the participants to track progress, discuss challenges, and provide feedback. These steps help maintain accountability, and foster a supportive relationship between our mentors and mentees.
Introducing the principles of Humane Leadership to the broader educational structures makes it a friendlier concept. We developed our LEH Educational Modules on Leading with Humanity that we offer to schools, universities, and organizations that can be adjusted to cater to different educational levels.

An Introduction to the LEH Leadership Course MSD MBA Program
