Mark is a personal transformation master specializing in Ecosomatic Transformation, which is the blending of Somatics and Deep Ecology. Jay Conger
Dr. Conger is an influential thought leader, educator, executive coach, and an author to fifteen books on leadership. He holds the Henry R. Kravis Reasearch Chair of Leadership Studies at Claremont McKenna College and is a member of the Kravis Leadership Institute. Jay is based in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Dr. Sven Hansen
Dr. Conger has worked extensively with professional firms, banks, corporates, government, entrepreneurs, universities, schools and sports organizations. He founded the Resilience Institute and currently leads the development of their distinctive methodology, research and training. Sven is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Ania Zielinska
Ania is a vegan, healthy lifestyle lover, full-time traveler, and Yoga teacher. Ania was born in Poland into a challenging background. Despite her difficult upbringing, Ania remained driven and is now committed to heping others live a meaningful life through extensive focus on healthy living and inner wellbeing, all centered around Yoga. Ania is a nomad who believes the world is her oyster.

Konchok Norgay
Konchok is an Educator, Solar House Builder, Dairy Farmer and Tinkerer (as he likes to call himself). Konchok’s life story is an inspiration to many. He dropped out of school and joined the first batch of SECMOL (The Students’ Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh) as a student. Konchok went on to become the Director of SECMOL which is now an international movement for educational reform. Konchok is based in Ladakh, India.
