LEH FOUNDER

Atul Khosla is the founder of Leadership Et’ Humanite’ LLC, Chicago, USA. He is a globally-recognized thought leader with a proven track record in developing leaders and transforming organizations that spans over 30 years across three continents. Atul is based in Chicago, USA.

MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Sophia manages all of LEH's major projects and programs. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations major in European Studies. She has been COMELEC Chair, Finance Minister, and Treasurer during her time in University. Sophia is based in Manila, Philippines.

PROGRAM MANAGER

Konchok ensures the end-to-end delivery of on-ground programs in Leh, India. He was the Management Head for the Students Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL). He also writes articles for journals and magazines on enivironmental issues and organic farming. Konchok is based in Leh, Ladakh, India.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Dechen supports LEH's media and on-ground programs in Leh, India. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Kurukshetra University in Haryana, India. She has various projects under her belt related to electrical machines, motors, and research machines. Dechen is based in Stakna, Ladakh, India.

MEDIA ASSISTANT

Irish is responsible for LEH's media platforms and content. She has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations Major in Chinese Studies. She was also engaged in poster design and other related creative projects on the side. Irish is based in Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines.

LEH EXPERIENCE LEAD

Chuskit is responsible for bringing the LEH Community together. She built her expertise in nurturing human connection and community throughout her time with the Himalayan Institue of Alternatives (HIAL), Ladakh. She holds a masters degree in zoology from Delhi University.

Rajat joins the LEH team to lead its India Operations. He will be working with our clients, partners, and team to build maturity and sustainability of our processes to deliver high quality programs and initiatives in a sustained way. He combines his deep business experience, leading standalone businesses, and functions for top Organizations, with his humility and genuine belief in our LEH values. In his successful career, Rajat drove growth through innovative business models, with a strong focus on customer experience, dealer development, and capability building. He will help LEH to grow responsibly. Rajat is based in Delhi Area, India.
